- Sous la présidence allemande du G7, les ministres de la santé se sont réunis à Berlin les 19 et 20 mai 2022 et ont à nouveau introduit dans leur communiqué un chapitre dédié à la poursuite de la lutte contre la « pandémie silencieuse » que représente la résistance aux antimicrobiens. Y figurent notamment la nécessité d’une approche One Health, la complémentarité des stratégies de bon usage des antibiomicrobiens et de prévention et de contrôle des infections, ou encore le soutien à l’innovation au travers de différentes initiatives internationales. Les ministres des finances et les gouverneurs des banques centrales du G7, réunis le 20 mai également, ont par ailleurs réaffirmé dans un communiqué leurs engagements de décembre 2021 sur les actions visant à soutenir le développement des antibiotiques et leur soutien des travaux en cours sur la résistance aux antimicrobiens ;
- Santé Publique France, en partenariat avec l’Assurance-Maladie et le Ministère de la Santé et de la Prévention, a élaboré une série de 10 chroniques audio destinées au grand public qui délivrent des messages simples sur les antibiotiques et la nécessité de bien les utiliser. Ces chroniques sont disponibles sur le site du Répias et sur Antibio’Malin pour une durée d’un an ;
- La Haute Autorité de Santé a publié le 17 mai dernier une note de cadrage relative à sa saisine sur un référentiel de fonctionnalités d’un système d’aide à la décision en antibiothérapie. L’objectif de ce système d’aide à la décision est de guider les prescripteurs en leur apportant une information fiable, mise à jour et contextualisée lors de la prescription d’antibiotiques. Ce travail s’inscrit dans la Stratégie nationale 2022-2025 de Prévention des infections et de l’Antibiorésistance (action 23), avec une réponse à la saisine attendue pour fin 2022.
- La note de cadrage du projet de questionnaire patient « Hygiène des mains » en établissements de santé, validée par le collège de la HAS le 18 mai, a été publiée. Ce projet sera mené en partenariat avec la Société Française d’Hygiène Hospitalière. Un appel à candidatures est lancé pour constituer le groupe de travail d’experts chargé du développement de l’indicateur.
