Le laboratoire de Bactériologie-Hygiène des Hôpitaux Universitaires Henri MONDOR (Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris, Créteil, Métro Créteil-L’Échat) propose au 02/11/2019 :
– un poste de Praticien Hospitalier Contractuel 80% (soit 4 jours par semaine) pour une durée de 12 mois. Ce poste sera ouvert aux candidats, médecins ou pharmaciens titulaires du DES de Biologie Médicale.
Le laboratoire de Bactériologie-Hygiène réalise les examens bactériologiques pour les patients des Hôpitaux Universitaires Henri Mondor qui comptent 1300 lits, dont 500 lits de médecine et 327 lits de chirurgie. L’activité est caractérisée par une forte part d’activité chirurgicale (40% de l’activité, 20 salles d’opération dont neurochirurgie, chirurgie cardiaque, vasculaire, plastique, digestive, urologique, orthopédique) incluant de la greffe cardiaque et rénale, une présence importance de lits de réanimation et de soins intensifs (100 lits), deux services d’hématologie cliniques incluant une activité de greffe de moelle osseuse et des secteurs prenant en charge des patients immunodéprimés (oncologie, immunologie- VIH, médecine et patients drépanocytaires, dermatologie et patients atteints de Lyell).
Le laboratoire de Bactériologie est adossé au Département de Microbiologie dirigé par le Pr JeanMichel PAWLOTSKY qui inclut l’ensemble des spécialités (Bactériologie – Dr Paul-Louis WOERTHER, Virologie – Pr Stéphane CHEVALIEZ, Parasitologie-Mycologie – Pr Françoise BOTTEREL), l’Equipe Opérationnelle d’Hygiène et le laboratoire d’Hygiène (Dr Jean-Winoc DECOUSSER, accrédité17025 pour la recherche de Légionelles dans l’eau et la comparaison de souche bactériennes par séquençage complet du génome) et l’unité transversale de traitement des infections (U2TI,– Dr Raphael LEPEULE). La plateforme de séquençage de nouvelle génération du Pôle de Biologie (Dr Christophe RODRIGUEZ) est également impliquée dans le diagnostic microbiologique par séquençage à haut débit.
Ce poste comprend la validation des examens de bactériologie, le dialogue avec les cliniciens, des réunions pluridisciplinaires organisées sur le site et la participation active à l’accréditation du Laboratoire. Des astreintes d’après-midi en supervision des internes et la permanence des soins les weekends et jours fériés (pool de 7 autres biologistes) doivent également être assurées.
