Nous avons reçu une offre de post-doctorat émise par l’unité Immunité Innée du Département d’Immunologie de l’Institut Pasteur à Paris.
Le projet porte sur la réponse immunitaire contre l’hépatite B pendant et après traitement par des thérapies antivirales combinées, et l’apparition éventuelle d’une réponse immunitaire efficace contre le virus, et cherche à décrypter les réponses impliquées dans la persistance ou le contrôle de l’infection, et à mettre en évidence des biomarqueurs liés à ces réponses.
Ce projet est financé par l’ANRS, pour une durée de 3 ans.
Les conditions requises pour le poste sont :
- Thèse en immunologie ou en virologie
- Maitrise des modèles murins, de l’immunologie moléculaire et des techniques de FACS
- Bonne maîtrise de l’Anglais
