Dans un contexte de préoccupation mondiale pour l’antibiorésistance, la mission de Surveillance et Prévention de l’AntibioRésistance en Etablissement de Santé (SPARES) a été attribuée sur appel à projet par Santé Publique France (SPF), aux CPias (Centre d’appui pour la Prévention des Infections Associées aux Soins) Grand-Est et Nouvelle Aquitaine. Son objectif est de donner une vision représentative de l’antibiorésistance au niveau local, régional et national et de surveiller la consommation en antibiotiques dans les établissements de santé (ES). Des objectifs complémentaires de prévention et d’animation sont assignés à la mission SPARES.
La méthode de surveillance des résistances bactériennes proposée vise à répondre aux enjeux épidémiologiques, scientifiques et techniques (recours au système d’information hospitalier). Les données de résistance des ES sont exportées vers l’e-outil ConsoRes. Après contrôle, ces données sont analysées et restituées sous forme de rapports automatique et personnalisé pour s’adapter localement aux professionnels en charge de l’antibiorésistance. Le rythme peut être trimestriel ou annuel selon le choix local.
Annuellement, la mission SPARES met à disposition de SPF des indicateurs de résistance régionaux et nationaux pour analyses et transmission aux réseaux de surveillance internationaux (EARS-Net, GLASS). Ces indicateurs permettront également de cibler les axes d’amélioration régionaux et nationaux.
