Le Service de Bactériologie du CHU de Besançon recherche un-e médecin ou pharmacien-ne biologiste, titulaire du DES de biologie médicale (spécialisé-e en microbiologie) pour occuper un poste d’assistant-e hospitalo-universitaire (AHU) à partir du 1er novembre 2021. En dehors du poste proposé, le service de Bactériologie comprend 1 PU-PH, 1 MCU-PH et 2,5 ETP de PH. Il est hébergé dans des nouveaux locaux, et rattaché au pôle de Biologie et Anatomopathologie. Son activité diversifiée (médecine, chirurgie, CRCM, pédiatrie, …) couvre l’ensemble des 1400 lits du CHU de Besançon (17 millions B/an). Par ailleurs, le service coordonne depuis 2012 le Centre National de Référence (CNR) de la Résistance aux Antibiotiques. La partie du laboratoire dédiée au CNR expertise les mécanismes de résistance émergents chez les bacilles à Gram négatif non fermentaires, notamment les Pseudomonas sp. et Acinetobacter sp. Les postes hospitalo-universitaires de l’équipe, dont le poste d’AHU, sont rattachés à l’UMR CNRS 6249 Chrono-environnement de l’Université de Franche-Comté ; les travaux de recherche ainsi que l’enseignement sont réalisés à la Faculté de Médecine (UFR Santé), située sur le même site géographique que le CHU.
