Présentation du laboratoire :
Le CHU est organisé en 9 pôles hospitalo-universitaires dont le pôle de Biologie. Au sein de ce pôle, le service de Microbiologie clinique et environnemental développe des activités de Bactériologie, Virologie, Parasitologie-Mycologie, Hygiène. L’ensemble constitue un modèle assez complet des activités de microbiologie, combinant mutualisation des plateaux techniques et développement des disciplines spécialisées. Le pôle de Biologie s’est doté en 2021 d’une plateforme NGS. Le service s’inscrit dans le projet du futur CHU de la Guadeloupe (prévu pour le 1er trimestre 2024, lien internet : https://chu-guadeloupe.info/), avec une dimension hospitalo-universitaire. Les préoccupations épidémiologiques régionales telles que la dengue, la leptospirose, les infections opportunistes liées au VIH/SIDA et la situation géographique caribéenne, permettent d’acquérir une expérience des pathologies infectieuses en outre-mer. La dynamique des échanges avec les services de médecine, de chirurgie, de réanimation et du CGRIN permet de se confronter aux exigences de la démarche diagnostique microbiologique, au rôle d’expertise en termes de suivi des résistances aux antibiotiques et à la prise en charge des infections nosocomiales.
Le poste d’assistant-spécialiste ouvre, avec un départ à la retraite fin 2023, sur une perspective de poste de PH.

Effectif hospitalier actuel : 4,5 ETP Praticien Hospitalier, 2 PU-PH

Description du poste :
Poste assistant spécialiste à temps plein en microbiologie polyvalent, une orientation spécifique dans un des secteurs est possible selon le profil du candidat.
En collaboration avec les autres microbiologistes, l’assistant participera aux différentes activités du service :
– Participation à l’encadrement des activités de diagnostic bactériologique, virologique, mycologique et parasitologique : encadrement des techniciens aux différentes paillasses, validation biologique
– Optimisation des pratiques du laboratoire et démarche qualité en vue de l’accréditation
– Formation continue des techniciens et formation des externes et des internes
– Participation aux réunions clinico-biologiques (réa, infections ostéo-articulaires…)
– Participation aux astreintes (1 semaine d’astreinte de semaine toutes les 5 semaines dont un week-end avec présence obligatoire les samedi et dimanche matins + validation des PCR SARS-CoV-2 en fin de journée)
– Participation aux activités de recherche et au développement d’une plateforme de séquençage NGS

Profil et conditions :
DES de Biologie médicale, inscrit ou pouvant s’inscrire à l’Ordre des Médecins ou des Pharmaciens

Rémunération :
– Rémunération métropole + 20% (prime DOM-TOM)
– Indemnité pour les astreintes
– Prise en charge d’un titre de transport aérien en classe économique à l’aller et au retour
– Mise à disposition d’un logement à titre gratuit durant une période d’un mois à la date d’arrivée.
– Indemnité de 700 euros pour la location d’un véhicule pendant une durée d’un mois, sur présentation de la facture
