L’ingénieur(e) bio-informatique recruté(e) évoluera au sein de l’équipe ”Pathogénie des infections à staphylocoques” du Centre International de Recherche en Infectiologie (INSERM U1111 – CNRS UMR5308 – ENS Lyon – Université de Lyon). En lien étroit avec l’Institut des Agents Infectieux des HCL et le CNR des staphylocoques, cette équipe conduit des travaux de recherche translationnelle qui portent sur les mécanismes physiopathologiques des infections à staphylocoques dorés et à staphylocoques blancs ainsi que le développement d’approches thérapeutiques innovantes (phagothérapie).

L’ingénieur(e) recruté(e) sera amené(e) à apporter son expertise bio-informatique sur trois projets principaux :
- l’identification et caractérisation de phages et des souches bactériennes permettant leur production (projet PHAGEinLYON : https://www.crioac-lyon.fr/phageinlyon-fondation-hcl/)
- l’étude au niveau moléculaire des mécanismes d’internalisation des staphylocoques
- la caractérisation moléculaire des souches de Staphylococcus capitis responsables d’infections néonatales
