Poste de Praticien Hospitalier temps plein dans le Service d’Hygiène, Prévention et Contrôle des Infections du Centre Hospitalier Sud Francilien (Corbeil-Essonnes / Evry-Courcouronnes).

Poste vacant, à pourvoir dès que possible, et si possible en novembre 2022 au plus tard.
Il s’agit de travailler en alternance dans l’Equipe Opérationnelle d’Hygiène Hospitalière (EOH) et dans le Laboratoire d’Hygiène Hospitalière (L2H).

1 – Activités de routine :
Dans l’EOH :

  • Il s’agit essentiellement et dans un premier temps :
    • o de mener les enquêtes sur les signalements internes d’infections nosocomiales ET d’effectuer les signalements externes via e-sin ;
    • o d’assurer la liaison avec les services de soins, notamment les cliniciens de l’intégralité de l’établissement, par exemple en participant chaque semaine au staff pluridisciplinaire d’orthopédie ;
    • o d’encadrer les Internes, les stagiaires associés et les nouveaux Praticiens Attachés dans les fonctions praticiennes de l’EOH et dans les analyses d’articles à présenter en staff médical ;
  • Puis très rapidement dans un second temps de participer :
    • au programme institutionnel de formation en hygiène hospitalière du personnel médical et paramédical de l’établissement, comme des étudiants aux instituts de formation ;
    • aux enquêtes de surveillance des infections nosocomiales (SPIADI, SPICMI et SPARES) ;
    • aux évaluations des pratiques de soins ;
    • à l’encadrement des IDE Hygiénistes ;
    • à l’installation de Nosokos®, logiciel de gestion des cas suspects d’infections nosocomiales, intervenant notamment dans le repérage des suspicions d’infections de site opératoire et des bactériémies nosocomiales.

Dans le L2H :

  • Il s’agit essentiellement dans un premier temps :
    • de valider les analyses d’hygiène hospitalière ;
    • d’aller dans les services de soins pour chaque cas de résultat non conforme, et d’expliquer les mesures correctives à mettre en œuvre (C’est le Praticien de signature au L2H qui le fait, pas celui de routine à l’EOH. Pour nous c’est plus simple) ;
    • d’encadrer les Internes, les stagiaires associés et les nouveaux Praticiens Attachés dans les fonctions praticiennes du L2H et dans les analyses d’articles à présenter en staff médical ;
  • Puis très rapidement dans un second temps de participer :
    • aux investigations du L2H dans les recherches de niche environnementale lors des investigations de cas d’infections nosocomiales ;
    • aux processus de validation de méthode ;
    • à l’encadrement des techniciens spécialisés en hygiène hospitalière ;
    • aux activités du Réseau Français des Laboratoires d’Hygiène Hospitalière Accrédités.
  • L’activité du L2H, d’environ 2 millions de BHN, comprend deux secteurs :
    • 1) la microbiologie de l’environnement, avec les eaux des établissements de santé (recherche et dénombrement des légionelles dans l’eau, eaux pour soins standard, eaux de piscine et de rééducation, eaux de dialyse, eaux de stérilisation), les solutions de contrôle
      d’endoscopes, les surfaces ;
    • et 2) la microbiologie des produits dérivés humains, avec le contrôle microbiologique du lait maternel de la biberonnerie et du lactarium, le dépistage des BHRe et un peu de BMR (SARM de néonatalogie par exemple).
  • Le L2H a deux accréditations Cofrac :
    • dans la section « Laboratoires » (légionelles et endoscopes) ;
    • et dans la section « Santé humaine » (lait maternel et BHRe).
