REJOIGNEZ L’UN DES ACTEURS DE RÉFÉRENCE DE LA SANTE PUBLIQUE :
L’ETABLISSEMENT FRANÇAIS DU SANG

Vos principales missions s’articuleront autour de : 

  • Définir la stratégie de recherche en adéquation avec la stratégie de recherche de l’EFS et de l’UMR 
  • Proposer des projets de recherche, de nouveaux partenariats ou collaborations 
  • Concevoir et rédiger des demandes de financements dans le cadre d’appels d’offres nationaux ou internationaux avec des partenaires publics et/ou privés 
  • Superviser et structurer les activités de recherche afin de mettre en oeuvre les axes de recherche déterminés, en s’assurant du respect du cadre réglementaire et des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité 
  • Valider les propositions des chargés de recherche concernant de nouveaux projets ou des axes scientifiques et/ou expérimentaux dans des projets de recherche en cours 
  • Diffuser les résultats scientifiques au travers de publications ou communications orales 
  • Apporter son expertise scientifique en interne ou en externe (tests, comités, prestations de laboratoire, conseil, etc.) 
  • Participer à la veille scientifique, technique et médicale 
  • Encadrer les travaux d’étudiants en master ou en thèse, et/ou de post-doctorants 
  • Contribuer à la formation des personnels de son équipe ou de personnels externes 
  • Piloter et gérer son budget 
  • Encadrer l’équipe et la représenter auprès de la direction de l’unité.
