Médecin ou Pharmacien Biologiste – Spécialité en microbiologie (m/f/x)
CDI – Temps plein/ Temps partiel
Vos missions :
- Participer à l’organisation et à la gestion quotidienne du secteur de la microbiologie
- Superviser le travail d’une équipe de technologues et être garant de la bonne exécution des analyses
- Participer à la validation biologique des analyses de microbiologie ainsi qu’aux autres analyses de Biologie Clinique
- Participer au rôle de garde et aux permanences polyvalentes du Laboratoire
- Communiquer avec les cliniciens concernant l’orientation des analyses et ‘interprétation des résultats
- Veiller et participer à la formation continue et à l’encadrement des technologues du secteur de la microbiologie
- Développer et valider de nouvelles techniques en microbiologie et Biologie Moléculaires
- Assurer le respect des règles de l’activité du laboratoire en conformité avec la norme ISO-15189 mise en œuvre et mesure de l’efficacité
- Gérer, animer et encadrer une équipe et assurer la veille scientifique et technologique
Votre profil :
- Vous avez une formation de médecin ou de pharmacien avec une spécialisation en biologie clinique et une forte orientation en microbiologie/ biologie moléculaire
- Capacité de travailler dans une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Sens de l’organisation et de la responsabilité
- Flexibilité et disponibilité
- Aisance dans les contacts humains
- Aptitude à manipuler les logiciels usuels de MS Office dans un environnement multilingue
- Connaissance des langues luxembourgeoise, française et allemande
- Une expérience en laboratoire hospitalier serait un avantage
