Historiquement engagé dans la lutte contre la tuberculose, le VIH et dans la promotion de la santé sexuelle, le Conseil Départemental de Seine-Saint-Denis coordonne depuis 1971 son Laboratoire Départemental de Biologie Médicale publique afin de mieux répondre aux missions d’habilitation CLAT, CeGIDD/Santé Sexuelle et de Vaccination Publique.
Suite au départ en retraite d’un médecin biologiste à temps partiel, nous recherchons un.e Pharmacien.ne ou médecin titulaire du DES de biologie médicale pour renforcer son équipe.
Pour répondre aux missions de santé publique :
– 100% des 30 analyses réalisées de Microbiologie et de Biochimie sont accréditées depuis 2021
– 50 dossiers par jour en moyenne sont traités
Y travailler permet d’avoir un contact privilégié avec les équipes avec des demandes d’analyses qui ne proviennent que des 2 centres départementaux de prévention santé, 1 centre CeGIDD/Santé sexuelle et de quelques centres de Protection Maternelle et Infantile.
Être vacataire comme biologiste (20 à 40% ETP), c’est travailler :
– dans une ambiance familiale dans un cadre verdoyant accessibles en transport en commun, y compris en vélo, en longeant le canal de l'Ourcq!
– avec une équipe motivée composée d’une biologiste directrice, 3 technicien.nes, 2 assistantes administratives, 2 alternant.es (qualité et biologie)
– de 8h30 à 12h30 puis de 13h15 à 16h30 en semaine (pas de gardes ni astreinte ni weekend)
– avec possibilité de télétravail
– en partenariat (poste partagé possible) pour développer des projets visant à réduire les inégalités d’accès à la santé (culture d’action avec dépistage Hors les murs) , à lutter contre les cancers HPV induits (développement du test HPV-HR et des auto-prélèvements) , à arriver à l’objectif de « 0 nouvelle infection VIH pour 2030 » (en diversifiant les modalités de dépistage).
– Possibilité d’évoluer sur un poste à TP par la suite
