Le service de Bactériologie des Hôpitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg propose un poste d’Assistant Spécialiste disponible de suite dans le laboratoire de Bactériologie.

Le laboratoire :
Le service de Bactériologie des Hôpitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg (Chef de Service Pr. Benoît JAULHAC) fait partie du Pôle de Biologie médicale du CHU.
Son activité est réalisée au sein du Plateau Technique de Microbiologie (PTM). Ce plateau technique regroupe 4 disciplines : Bactériologie, Virologie, Parasitologie-Mycologie et Hygiène Hospitalière. L’organisation repose sur une réception commune à l’ensemble des laboratoires et une mutualisation du personnel non médical et des équipements pour la réalisation des analyses des 4 disciplines. La réalisation technique des analyses de chaque discipline est effectuée au sein d’Unités Fonctionnelles d’Activités Partagées (STAP) : Sérologie et Antibiologie, Microscopie et Culture, Microbiologie Moléculaire. Ces UF-STAP et les secteurs analytiques sont sous la responsabilité d’un ou plusieurs biologistes de chaque discipline. La validation des analyses et les relations avec les services cliniques sont assurées par les biologistes des 4 disciplines.
Le laboratoire de Bactériologie comprend aussi un Centre National de Référence, le CNR des Borrelia.
Il participe aussi à l’activité du Centre de Référence des Infections Ostéo-Articulaires du Grand Est et du Centre de Ressources et de Compétences de la Mucoviscidose.
L’effectif du laboratoire de Bactériologie se compose de 1 PU-PH, 4 MCU-PH, 1 PHU, 2AHU, 1,5 ETP PH, 0,5 ETP PA.
Le Laboratoire est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 18h et le samedi de 8h à 12h. Une activité analytique réduite est assurée le samedi de 12h à 18h (un interne et deux techniciennes sur site) et le dimanche de 8h à 12h (un bactériologiste senior et quatre techniciennes sur site).
En dehors de ces plages horaires, une garde de Bactériologie est assurée (un interne sur site toute la nuit, un technicien sur site de 18 à 21h), un bactériologiste senior d’astreinte opérationnelle du lundi au samedi de 18h à 8h et le dimanche de 12h à 8h
Missions :
L’Assistant Spécialiste participera aux différentes activités du service :
- Validation biologique des résultats de Bactériologie et prestation de conseil auprès des cliniciens
- Participation à l’activité médicale du CNR Borrelia
- Encadrement de l’équipe technique
- Formation des internes
- Démarche d’accréditation
- Mise au point de techniques de Bactériologie
- Participation aux réunions du service et interservices
- Astreintes de week-end et jours fériés, astreintes de nuit
- Possibilité de participer aux projets de recherche clinique du laboratoire
L’activité de Bactériologie a été de 29,1 Millions de B/BHN/RIHN en 2018. Le service accueille trois à cinq internes/semestre.
Le poste est disponible de suite pour une durée minimale de 12 mois. Possibilité ultérieure d’évolution vers un poste d’AHU fin 2020.
