Le Service de Microbiologie du groupe hospitalier HEGP-HUPO AP-HP.5 recherche un médecin ou pharmacien biologiste, titulaire du DES de biologie médicale (avec une spécialisation en bactériologie) pour occuper un poste d’assistant hospitalo-universitaire (AHU) dans l’UF de bactériologie à partir du 1er novembre 2019.
Missions hospitalières
L’hôpital Européen Georges Pompidou possède une activité variée (médecine adulte, plusieurs réanimations et soins intensifs, chirurgie, greffes cardiaques …) avec une forte implication de l’infectiologie en activité transversale.
Le Service est organisé en 4 unités fonctionnelles : bactériologie, virologie, myco-parasitologie, et équipe mobile d’infectiologie.
L’UF de bactériologie possède une expertise reconnue dans la résistance bactérienne aux antibiotiques et le diagnostic moléculaire directement sur échantillons biologiques.
En collaboration avec les autres bactériologistes (1 MCU-PH, 1 PHU, 1 PHC et 1PA), l’AHU participera à la validation des examens bactériologiques, aux réunions clinico-biologiques et à la démarche d’accréditation et à l’encadrement des internes. Il participera aux astreintes de jour du Samedi, Dimanche et jours fériés. Il pourra intégrer le pool de garde du laboratoire polyvalent d’urgence en tant que biologiste sénior.
Enseignement/recherche
Le candidat participera aux enseignements de bactériologie au sein du service.
Une activité de recherche peut être réalisée au sein du service.
Une thèse de science pourrait être envisagée dans notre unité de recherche INSERM UMRS1138 (Equipe 12) au Centre de Recherche des Cordeliers à Paris
