Maître de Conférences (MCF universitaire pur) au sein de l’équipe CIRI et de l’ISPB en lien avec le CHU de Lyon et CNR des Staphylocoques.
ENSEIGNEMENT : Le(la) candidat(e) sera amené(e) à assurer des enseignements (CM, TD, TP) en microbiologie générale et microbiologie appliquée à la santé (en bactériologie +++, mycologie ++, virologie +) destinés aux étudiants de la première à la sixième année de pharmacie (Institut des Sciences Pharmaceutiques et Biologiques de Lyon). Ces enseignements comportent aussi des interventions (CM, TD, TP) en deuxième et troisième année de licence ”Sciences pour la santé” ainsi que dans plusieurs masters M1/M2 (Microbiologie Moléculaire-Pathogénie-Ecologie Microbienne, Sciences du Médicament, Maladies transmissibles, Santé et environnements). Ces derniers correspondent à des enseignements en lien avec les UFR Biosciences, Faculté de médecine Lyon Est et ISPB. Une participation aux enseignements transversaux et généraux au sein de la composante ISPB est aussi attendue (Communication, Initiation à la recherche, etc.). La participation à ces différents enseignements prendra en compte le profil du candidat retenu.
RECHERCHE : Le(la) candidat(e) exercera ses fonctions de recherche au sein du Centre International de Recherche en Infectiologie – INSERM U1111 – CNRS UMR5308 – ENS Lyon – Université Lyon 1 dans l’équipe dirigée par François VANDENECSH au sein du groupe de Frédéric LAURENT. L’équipe travaille sur les aspects thérapeutiques et microbiologiques fondamentaux des infections ostéo-articulaires. Le recrutement du(de la) MCF s’inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement du versant de recherche fondamentale du groupe dans le domaine des phages. Le(la) MCF s’intègrera dans un programme ambitieux de recherche transversale (”PHAGEinLYON”) particulièrement innovant visant à mettre en place la sélection, la caractérisation phénotypique et génétique, la production, la purification de phages thérapeutiques puis à leur utilisation chez l’homme pour le traitement des infections bactériennes multirésistantes.
- Génomique comparative et génomique évolutive des bactéries et/ou des phages
- Manipulations génétiques des bactéries et/ou phages : création de mutants, clonage, Tn-seq, etc.
- Physiologie et mécanismes de l’interaction phages/bactéries
Les candidats(es) ayant une expertise sur d’autres virus que les phages, devront montrer leur capacité à développer des projets sur les bactériophages.
Le(la) candidat(e) devra présenter des aptitudes au travail en équipe. Une expérience de gestion de projet serait un plus.
Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé est attendu pour permettre l’animation de partenariats scientifiques et le dépôt de projets de recherche au niveau national et européen.
