Le service de biologie médicale du Centre Hospitalier de VERSAILLES recrute suite à une création de poste un PH ou PHC (avec évolution vers un poste de PH) dans l’unité de microbiologie (date de prise de fonction à préciser selon le profil et la disponibilité du candidat).
Ce poste viendra compléter l’équipe de virologie composée d’un PH, d’un assistant spécialiste et d’un interne.
Le CH de VERSAILLES est l’établissement support du GHT des Yvelines Sud. Le service de Biologie Médicale (environ 120 personnes tout corps de métier confondu) est un service multidisciplinaire avec des biologistes spécialisés (biochimie, génétique constitutionnelle, génétique somatique, cytogénétique, cytologie, hémostase, pharmacologie, bactériologie et virologie).
Le service accueille jusqu’à 6 internes dont 3 en microbiologie avec un Dr Junior.
Profil du candidat
Médecin ou Pharmacien avec un DES de Biologie Médicale
Spécialisation en microbiologie avec expérience indispensable en sérologie/virologie (hors SARS COV-2)
Le secteur de virologie a une activité diversifiée et intéressante avec notamment la réalisation des génotypes de résistance du VIH (NGS) pour tout le département des Yvelines, la réalisation des séquençages SARS COV-2 (NGS génome complet). Le secteur de virologie réalise aussi les sérologies bactériennes, virologiques et parasitaires, ainsi que toute la biologie moléculaire infectieuse.
Les autres thématiques de l’unité de microbiologie de l’unité de microbiologie sont les suivantes :
• Secteur bactériologie-hygiène :
– Prise en charge des infections ostéoarticulaires complexes (CRIOAC)
– CRCM pédiatrique
– Réanimation à orientation infectieuse
– Diagnostic des infections tuberculeuses (Laboratoire L3)
– Participation au conseil antibiotique et aux réunions de la Commission des Anti-Infectieux
– Travail en lien avec le Service de Prévention des Risques Infectieux. Participation au CLIN
• Secteur parasitologie-mycologie médicale :
– RCP pour la prise en charge des infections aspergillaires

– Participation à la démarche qualité au sein du service de biologie (laboratoire accrédité à 95%)
– Participation à la prise en charge des patients infectés par le VIH (RCP hebdomadaire)
– Participation aux astreintes de WE et jours fériés en microbiologie.
– Possibilité sans obligation de participer aux gardes de nuit polyvalente (biochimie, hématologie, bactériologie et pharmacologie/toxicologie) avec deux techniciens polyvalents
