Pour qui ?

  • Pour les microbiologistes, les épidémiologistes, acteurs en santé publique et les bioinformaticiens
  • Pour ceux souhaitant approfondir leurs connaissances et compétences en bioinformatique et en épidémiologie génomique.

A noter qu’une expérience préalable en biologie computationnelle et en bioinformatique n’est pas nécessaire pour postuler à ce programme de formation.

Objectifs ?

Renforcer la surveillance, la préparation et la capacité à répondre aux épidémies en Europe Développer ses compétences en épidémiologie, microbiologie et bioinformatique Savoir interpréter des résultats de séquençage génomique Se créer un réseau européen en santé publique
